About Pauma Valley Community Services District
Pauma Valley Community Services District (District) was formed in 1962 under State Government Code §61000 to provide essential services to those residing in this golf course community known as Pauma Valley Country Club Estates. Over the past 45+ years, many have discovered the hidden paradise and now call this home. Pauma Valley is approximately 15 miles east of Interstate 15 and sits peacefully at the base of the majestic Palomar Mountains, in an unincorporated area of North San Diego County. Surrounded by fragrant orange and avocado groves, a well-renowned, private golf course and country club lie hidden by the many homes now constructed.
The District is an independent special district in the State of California which provides the following services:
Wastewater collection, treatment, and storage which includes storm drain collection
Security Patrol and Security Gate Access
Private Roadway Management through an agreement with Pauma Valley Roadway Association
Under its enabling act, Pauma Valley Community Services District can provide many other municipal-type services when requested by its residents, authorized by its Board of Directors and approved by the San Diego County Local Agency Formation Commission ("LAFCO").
