A Special District in the State of California, provides wastewater collection, treatment and disposal, and security services which includes armed, roving patrol and gate attendants and assist other law enforcement agencies with traffic control as needed. In 2010, the Pauma Valley Roadway Association contracted with the PVCSD to ensure safety on the private roads, within a gated community.
