In order to protect our customers and employees during the COVID-19 emergency, PVCSD's lobby will be closed to public access until further notice. The staff will accomodate RFID transponders, and other document requests outside the lobby. Please phone the office staff when arriving in the parking lot and we will assist you. A Special District in the State of California, provides wastewater collection, treatment and disposal, and security services which includes, roving patrol and gate attendants and assist other law enforcement agencies with traffic control as needed. In 2010, the Pauma Valley Roadway Association contracted with the PVCSD to ensure safety on the private roads, within a gated community.
